Disclaimer:
1) Valid prescription from registered medical practitioner is mandatory.
2) Please check availablity of the medicine and price before placing any orders
3) Usually we ship all our orders within two business days from the date of receiving payment to our bank
Incase of any delay in shipping the order because of any unavoidable curcumstances/events we will inform accordingly
4) We will provide tracking number of your package withing two business days from the date of shipment
5) All our prices are FOB M.S. TRADERS,Nagpur,India. Shipping charges are extra at actual. Any Govt taxes / levis at destination will be born 100% by customer
6) Orders once shipped will not be cancelled or issue refund for it
4) We ship all our shipments with all required documents from M.S. TRADERS ,however customer must provide any additional documents / information asked by destination custom / govt. authorities to the customer to avoid any seizer of his/her order.We will not issue any refund or reship the order if the order seized by the custom / govt. authorities for not providing additional documents / information to them
5) Customer may need to provide additional documents required by Govt. Authorities in India and carrier componies also
6) Customer should available at the delivery location for completing the package delivry process and may need to provide additional documents / signature required by carrier componies while delivering the package
7) We request to our customer please be patient as package delivery usually takes around two to four weeks by postal service
8) We will rehhp your or refund the money if the tracking number provided by us is not get live within four business days from sharing the tracking number.
